Address 437 Boston Rd
Built 1871
Demolished 1940
Other Lot Structures Lund T. Eastman House (Built 1876)

Lund T. Eastman bought the property from the Town of Billerica (2/3rds) and the First Baptist Church (1/3rd) in 1871, though it wasn't recorded until 1879 when it sold to Clara Sexton. The Sextons erected a house on the property, but kept the shop intact. The Sextons sold to Susan Phillips who sold to Charles Burton.

Charles Burton, who owned much of the property on both sides of this stretch of Boston Road, subdivided off the shop to Archie Vondal in 1923. Years later, this small parcel would join together with the parcel to the south to accommodate the gas station.
