Built 1876
Other Lot Structures L.T. Eastman Blacksmith Shop (1871 - 1940)

This property was jointly own by the Town of Billerica and the First Baptist Church until Lund T. Eastman bought it 1871. He built the L.T. Eastman Blacksmith Shop on the property, while he lived across the street. In 1879, he sold the property to Clara E. Sexton. The Sexton family shuffled the property between each other before selling it to Susan Phillips in 1900, who sold to Charles L. Burton in 1903.

Charles L. Burton owned much of the property on both sides of this stretch of Boston Road in the early 1900s. He subdivided off the blacksmith shop to Archie Vondal in 1923, but maintained the rest of the property until 1945 when he sold to Harlie G. Bohannan.

This house has not been inventoried by MACRIS.
