Meadowglen Estates

Meadowglen Estates is a small neighborhood on the north side of Treble Cove Road near Charles Anna Lane, laid out by H. Allen Jenkins and Sons, Inc., the builders who later developed Deer Run. The "Definitive Plan of Meadowglen Estates, Billerica, Mass., owned by H. Allen Jenkins and Sons Inc.," was drawn in March 1962 by Emmons and Fleming, Inc., engineers and surveyors, of Billerica, approved by the Planning Board on May 10, 1962, and recorded on September 25, 1962 (Plan Book 97, Plan 63). It laid out Jenkins Drive from Treble Cove Road, with Meadowglen Road crossing it, in lots of about 15,000 to 27,000 square feet; other Jenkins land lay all around it.
