The barn of the Nathaniel Cheever place (the wiki's "Cheevers" is a misspelling). It stood on the thirteen-acre homestead that Cheever, a blacksmith, owned from 1830 to 1857, which was the Samuel Bowers homestead "with all the buildings" in 1788. The deeds never mention the barn separately. The town's standpipe lot was cut out of the neighboring land next to it, and later deeds bound the farm "on land of the Town of Billerica on which there is a standpipe". In 1939 the Shannons sold the farm "with the buildings thereon" to John Thomas Musgrave, and it became part of Musgrave's Tower Farm. The Farmers bought it in 1970 and sold it for the mall in 1974.
