Riverbank Acres is a neighborhood of small house lots in Pinehurst on the west side of Boston Road, between Boston Road and the Shawsheen River, just north of the Pinehurst Annex. The plan, "Riverbank Acres, Billerica, Mass., June 1911," was drawn by C. A. Thayer, engineer, at a scale of 80 feet to an inch and recorded on August 16, 1912 (Plan Book 30, Plan 19); the A. Adelman Realty Company was the developer. Boston Road appears on the plan as "Main Street."

The streets were given pleasant country names of trees, seasons and views rather than family names: Grove Street, the southernmost, Greenville Street, Laurel Street, Pinegrove Avenue, Autumn Street, Summer Street, Spring Street and Pineview Avenue, with Orchard Road crossing Greenville Street. The 1919 directory lists Grove and Greenville Streets running west from Boston Road.

The land between Grove Street, Boston Road and A Street became the Pinehurst School lot, and in 1949 and 1950 the town bought more lots on Grove Street for the school grounds. In the renaming of duplicate street names that ended on January 7, 1991, Spring Street became Caesar Place.
