Sartell Estates is a small subdivision on the east side of Baldwin Road in East Billerica, beside the Billerica Country Club, laid out on "Sartell Estates, Definitive Subdivision Lotting Plan," drawn by Noonan & McDowell, Inc. of Billerica for Sheila Sartell of 57 Baldwin Road and dated March 20, 2007. It redivided the two house lots at 55 and 57 Baldwin Road into three lots, with Sartell Circle, 40 feet wide, ending in a turnaround. The Planning Board approved it on May 7, 2009 and it was recorded on February 14, 2011 (Plan Book 232, Plan 85). The house at 1 Sartell Circle dates from 2014.
