Sullivan Road Industrial Center
Sullivan Road Industrial Center
The Sullivan Road Industrial Center at 34 Sullivan Road is a one-and-a-half-story masonry-block building of about 79,000 square feet in four sections, built in 1988 on Lot D (5.94 acres) of the old ten-acre Duren and Hannaford place, where the John Duren House had stood. The Sullivan Road Realty Trust bought the lot in 1986 and recorded the condominium master deed on December 13, 1988, with an as-built site plan (Plan Book 167, Plan 75) and a floor plan of 36 units (Plan 76). The units have since been sold separately to businesses and private owners. A fifty-foot Tennessee Gas pipeline easement granted in 1967 crosses the north end of the land.
