Technology Park is an office and research park in South Billerica between Concord Road and Route 3, developed by the Gutierrez Company. The "Definitive Plan, 'Technology Park,' in Billerica, Mass., submitted by Technology Park Realty Trust I and II" of 111 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, was drawn by Fleming, Bienvenu and Associates, Inc., engineers and surveyors, of Billerica and dated June 4, 1982. It divided about 46 acres between Concord Road, the land of Honeywell Information Systems, the town forest, the Route 3 layout and Manning Road into six industrial lots on Technology Park Drive, which runs from Concord Road to Orchard Road. After litigation over the board's conditions, the Planning Board approved the plan on March 28, 1983, and it was recorded the same day (Plan Book 139, Plan 29). Wall Street, a private drive not on the plan, serves land the trusts sold in 1987 to Technology Park X Limited Partnership. The first building dates from 1982 and the others from 1984 to 1999.
