The Treble Cove Industrial Park is an industrial park in North Billerica between Treble Cove Road and Route 3, on part of the old Warren C. Shedd farm, which Graham Associates, Inc., the company of the developer Jon H. Graham, acquired in 1968. Its "Lot Layout Plan, 'Treble Cove Industrial Park,' Billerica, Mass.," owned by Graham Associates Inc. and drawn by Raymond Engineering Service of Hudson, is dated February 18, 1969, was endorsed by the Planning Board that day as not requiring approval under the subdivision control law, and was recorded on February 21, 1969 (Plan Book 108, Plan 63). Its two sheets show thirty-four lots of about 45,000 square feet between the House of Correction, the Burlington Sand and Stone Co., the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston and the Route 3 layout. Larkin Associates opened a plant there in 1969, four more companies had come by 1970, and the oldest buildings date from about 1971 to 1975. Its streets are Republic Road and Esquire Road, accepted in 1984 together with Sterling Road, which was later joined to the end of Esquire Road.
