Treble Cove Manor is a small neighborhood in North Billerica between Treble Cove Road and the Concord River, just west of the river crossing at the Fordway Bridge. The "Plan of Treble Cove Manor," drawn by J. B. Monahan, civil engineer, on August 18, 1941, was recorded on December 16, 1941 (Plan Book 64, Plan 57). It laid out Manor Road, 40 feet wide, running from Treble Cove Road between lots fronting on the river, with Charlesmere Road running from it back to Treble Cove Road, and 22 house lots of about 6,000 to 13,000 square feet. The land of a church and of the O'Brien family lay at the corner, and the Sullivan land on the river side.
